Shipping Policy:

After we have received and processed your payment in full, your package will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. We take extra precautions to ensure your package is delivered safely and with no damage to it however, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service handling. Once the package has been delivered by the shipping carrier, the risk of damage, or loss of the item is the responsibility of the recipient.

Standard shipping: Expect package on average within 3-8 business days

SKIN by Jasmine ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address, subsidiaries, or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a refund or resend the package. SKIN by Jasmine does not take responsibility for stolen packages once they have been labeled "Delivered" by the postal service.

Return Policy:

No returns or refunds are permitted for online orders. If you receive the wrong item, please email us at skinbyjasminecosmetics@gmail.com. Include a photo of the wrong item UNOPENED we will then send you a shipping label to have item returned to us and the correct item will be sent within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.

Damaged Products: Items that arrive damaged, please send an email to skinbyjasminecosmetics@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number, and images of the damaged item. Replacements are sent out immediately based off our discretion.

Lost/Stolen Package:

SKIN by Jasmine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your items due to any circumstance, please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.

Cancellation Policy:

Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
